Study of the Role of Sector Strategies in Providing Jobs for the Urban Poor.

Getting the Job Done.  Mt. Auburn completed a study for MassInc's New Skills for the New Economy Initiative.  The initiative seeks to find ways of bridging the gap between the skills that Massachusetts residents have versus the skills they will need in order to meet industry demands.  Our report discusses both the gaps that exist in workforce development as well as ways to better utilize existing resources.
