Design of Massachusetts Emerging Technology Fund
Evaluation of New York State’s Regional Revolving Loan Trust Fund Program. For the New York State Urban Development Corporation, Mt. Auburn assessed the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of this state program, which capitalizes regional loan funds designed to provide working capital financing to small, young, and minority- and women-owned firms. The evaluation methodology included a telephone survey of businesses that obtained financing through the program and site visits to the seven regional revolving loan funds.
