Auburn has undertaken a wide range of development finance projects involving the design and evaluation of development finance institutions and programs.

Design of a community-based real estate finance institution for Providence’s Southside Investment Partnership. For a collaborative of state and local governments, local philanthropic institutions, and community-based organizations, Mt. Auburn developed researched institutional models and capitalization resources for a community-based real estate financing institutions and developed a preliminary institutional design. The Partnership was subsequently awarded funding from the CDFI Fund.
