Analysis of Washington State’s capital market. For the Northwest Policy Center and the Washington State Business Assistance Center, Mt. Auburn analyzed capital availability for small businesses in Washington State. The study focused on the commercial banking and savings industry, the venture capital industry, and public sector development finance programs. Three regions of the state with widely differing economies were examined in depth.
