Diane Gordon has more than 40 years of experience in nonprofit executive management, leadership, and consulting. As an independent management consultant, Diane works with clients to achieve strategic goals, measure results, and create stronger, more resilient organizations. Diane specializes in strategic planning and evaluation, outcome measurement, and leadership development. Having led two nonprofits, she takes a practical approach to her work, combining a deep understanding of the practices and principles of management with the day-to-day reality of running a nonprofit. Prior to establishing a consulting practice in 2005, Diane served as the Executive Director of the Boston-based Management Consulting Services, the National Coordinator of Resident Leadership Initiatives at NeighborWorks America, the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Tenants Organization, and as a community organizer at the Rhode Island-based Coalition for Consumer Justice.
